The reason I made the rules strict for this base was because I could tell in advance that weeboos and wanna-be scene kids would abuse this base out the butthole.

I thought I'd make it harder to edit, so they'd have to put some type of effort into it, and if they completely ignore the whole "effort" thing, I think it's fair enough for me to ask them to remove it.

For the haters who wanna hate on the rules... come at me bro.
I don't really care, I strict-ened the rules for the good of the base.

Usually I don't condone bases with hair or clothes, but the hair was to cute to trace over. :C
